AWRI Assessment April 2010: 'Comino Tops Class'

Winemaker Tony Comino completed a one day wine assessment course at the Australian Wine Research Institute in April 2010. This one day course was a special event, held to celebrate 55 years of AWRI . The assessment course, was attended by 15 leading Australian Winemakers.

Winemakers assessed 40 masked wines awarded medals at a leading Australian Wine show. Results of the assement by each winemaker were analysed for Reliability (ability to assess wines equivalent to the show judges at the leading wine show), and average absolute difference (AAD: the ability to reward the same wine, the same points , from a blind line up).

Winemaker Tony Comino topped the attendees at the course, for reliability and AAD.
